1. Booking Terms
All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our facility directly. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of facility maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. All prices are in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Facility Usage
Users must follow all facility rules and regulations. Any damage to equipment or facilities will be charged to the user. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of personal belongings. Users participate at their own risk.
5. Equipment Rental
Equipment rental is available at an additional cost. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the user at replacement cost.
6. Liability
Rajarata Premier League is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of our facilities. Users participate at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
